Three Week workshops

In this workshop series students are introduced to the ideas of protest in art, with specific reference to work of Dhungatti artist, Blak Douglas. Students will respond to elements of Blak Douglas’ work, unpacking the symbolism hidden behind each stroke.

Students will complete writing in various text types, including a manifesto, hint fiction and statement poem, reflecting on their own values and voicing their opinions in a structured and scaffolded way.
